Rooibos tea is also known as Red Bush tea and is the caffeine free being produced from the leaves of rooibos plant, aspalathus Linearis not from Camelia Sinensis plant from which we get black tea, green tea and white tea.
Because it is caffeine free red bush tea is a great alternative to most normal teas produced. Rooibos is not actually a tea but a herbal tisane although the red liquor it produces looks and taste much like a tea. It can be enjoyed at any time of the day hot or cold with or without milk.
